Hotel Lumen Paris Louvre

Nice place with great amenities like wi-fi, 24-hour reception, and in-room breakfast. On my first stay, the staff kindly returned my forgotten headphones. I highly recommend it and will be back for Christmas.

Why it's almost great (but not quite)

Location was fantastic, just a few minutes from major attractions! Staff were kind and helpful, especially Sebastian with his ever-friendly smile. Those complimentary croissants in the lobby were a good touch!

The charming decor and cozy nooks, reminiscent of my grandmother's lovely living room filled with treasures from her travels. Accessibility features were well-considered.

Friendly staff were really good. The location is ideal, just a short walk from famous attractions, and the complimentary coffee and croissants in the lobby are a nice touch. One minor issue was a loose faucet cover in the bathroom, but it didn't detract significantly from my overall enjoyment.

This hotel exceeded my expectations in many ways. The location near the Louvre couldn't be better. Walking to the museum and nearby cafes was super convenient. The room size felt cramped, typical for Paris, but still a bit of a surprise. The noise from the street outside sometimes interrupted my sleep, and the bathroom faucet cover was loose. It was a hassle during check out with so many guests trying to use it. Breakfast offerings were decent but on the pricier side for what you get.

The heartfelt support from the staff during our stay following the earthquakes in Turkey resonated deeply with us. Enjoying pastries from local cafes while being a short stroll from the Louvre was an lovely highlight.
